Frequently Asked Questions

MoeSpace tools, artwork, pricing, orders, payment, production, delivery, colour, and return policies.

These FAQs summarise our standard policies. Applicable consumer laws take priority where required.

1. How can you offer lower prices?

We work directly with a network of production partners and selected in-house services to offer competitive print prices. Product availability, materials, and prices may change with production conditions.

2. Do you offer artwork, editing, or design services?

Moe Print provides printing only. Customers must submit complete, ready-to-print artwork. The Design Service Directory lists independent designers whom you may contact directly; their quotations, payment, revisions, delivery, and disputes are separate from Moe Print.

3. How do I pay for my order?

After receiving our invoice, payment can be made by instant online bank transfer or DuitNow QR. Please send the payment receipt as proof of payment.

4. Can I pay when collecting my order?

No. Full payment is required before we process the order.

5. What happens if I overpay?

Any verified overpayment will be recorded as credit for your next order. It will not be refunded in cash or by bank transfer. Refund requests are not accepted after payment has been received, except where required by applicable law.

6. Can I cancel or change an order after payment?

Normally, no cancellation, refund, exchange, or artwork change is allowed after payment or file submission. Please check all details before confirming.

A cancellation may be considered only when the file does not meet production requirements and cannot be corrected, the order has not started processing, or the ordered item is out of stock. Where applicable, the paid amount will normally remain as credit for a future order.

7. Can I return an order?

Returns are accepted only when we supplied the wrong product due to our mistake. We will arrange an exchange or another appropriate solution; cash refunds are not provided.

Returns are not accepted for minor print marks such as lines, colour drops, dirt, or ink stains; normal variation in manual finishing such as cutting, joining, or gluing; or delivery damage after the order was appropriately packed.

8. What file format should I submit?

Requirements differ by product. Select the product in MoeSpace and follow its Artwork Guide and File Checker. Where a checker accepts PDF only, use the File Resizer first if your artwork is JPG or PNG. Character Standee and Foamboard Die-Cut also provide a separate Cutline Maker that turns JPG or PNG artwork into a layered PDF.

9. What if printed colours do not match my screen?

Screen previews are not a colour guarantee. Results vary with monitors, materials, machines, ICC profiles, lighting, and RGB-to-CMYK conversion. Some colours are especially sensitive and may show substantial differences. Colour difference alone is not grounds for rejection, refund, or reprint.

10. Do you provide colour proofing or test prints?

We do not guarantee colour accuracy or provide artwork colour proofing. A paid A3 test sheet may be arranged only for suitable Booth Essential paper products, subject to confirmation. Test prints are not available for large-format products.

11. Does MoeSpace replace manual proof-checking?

No. MoeSpace performs limited automatic technical checks and cannot verify every design or production issue. A green result means the listed checks passed. A yellow result may proceed for Moe Print to confirm the noted item, but neither result is a full artwork approval or colour proof.

12. What must I check myself?

Check the final size, bleed, safe area, page order, orientation, spelling, content, image quality, resolution, outlined fonts, embedded files, overprint, finishing artwork, and the final files uploaded for ordering. Moe Print may perform limited production checks, but you remain responsible for the artwork content.

13. How do I place an order?

Use the File Checker where available, add one or more products in Place Order, upload the final files to Google Drive, WeTransfer, Smash, or another accessible link, complete the delivery and contact details, copy the prepared message, and send it through Facebook or Instagram. Online submission and automatic WhatsApp updates are still in development. Sending the message is an order request, not a confirmed print order.

14. When does production begin, and are production times guaranteed?

Production begins only after the quotation is confirmed, an invoice is issued, full payment is received, and the required files are accepted. Production times shown in MoeSpace are estimates and may change with file correction, stock, finishing, factory schedules, or the production queue.

15. Are prices, products, and delivery always available?

MoeSpace shows current final customer prices where available. “Pending” items require a quotation, and products marked “On hold” cannot be ordered until reopened. Regional prices include delivery only when the selected price card clearly says so. Other delivery charges are quoted according to the parcel and destination; courier timing is outside Moe Print's control.

16. Are my files uploaded or included in error reports?

File checking and resizing run in your browser. MoeSpace does not intentionally upload or store those artwork files. When you place an order, you choose to upload the final files to your own third-party file link. Anonymous technical error reports may include the browser, page, product, page count, time, and error message, but not artwork contents, customer names, or contact details.

17. When will Moe Print reply?

Moe Print operates part-time. Messages are checked daily after work, but replies may not be immediate. Complete order details, accessible file links, and a passed File Checker result where available help us review faster.

18. Can I prepare an order with multiple products?

Yes. The order builder supports up to 10 products. A temporary draft may remain in the same browser session for up to four hours. It is not a submitted order and should not be treated as permanent storage; send the prepared message through Facebook or Instagram to submit the request.
