Free project planning
Plan your project from idea to print.
Build a practical plan for products, costs, selling prices, artwork and deadlines.
Your plan stays in this browser unless you download and share it.
Step 0
Start or continue a plan
Start fresh, continue your previous plan or upload a saved plan file.
Step 1
What are you planning?
Choose a starting point. It only suggests useful costs and steps—you can change everything later.
Project information
Choose a starting point above, then add only the details you know.
Add your event date now. The working-day production schedule appears after you choose products in Step 3.
Step 2
Project costs
Add only what applies here. Product printing costs come in Step 3.
Add a cost
Use a suggestion for this project or add your own simple cost.
Step 3
Plan your products
Moe Print-supported products include ready-made prices and artwork guidance where confirmed. Custom products work normally too.
Add a product
Choose a supported product for extra convenience, or add anything from another supplier.
Starter merch packages
Not sure what merch to start with?
Choose a ready-made package, adjust its designs and quantities, then add it to your product plan.
Choose a starting point
Which package feels closest?
These are manageable starting combinations, not fixed rules. You stay in control.
Adjust before adding
Your starter package
Each design is priced as its own batch. For example, 3 designs × 10 pieces uses the 10-piece price three times.
Suggested production schedule
Uses the longest selected product production time and skips weekends.
Step 4
Your live project numbers
Every cost, quantity and selling-price change updates this section immediately.
