The checker is a preparation aid and cannot detect every design, technical, or printing issue. A green result means the listed automatic checks passed. A yellow result may be submitted for Moe Print to confirm the noted item. Neither result guarantees that the artwork is error-free or colour-accurate. Red issues must be corrected before submission.

检查工具仅用于辅助文件准备，无法发现所有设计、技术或印刷问题。绿色结果表示已通过所列的自动检查；黄色结果可提交给 Moe Print 确认提醒项目。两者都不保证文件完全没有问题或颜色准确；红色问题必须先修正才可提交。

You remain responsible for final size, bleed, safe area, page order, orientation, resolution, spelling, content, image quality, outlined fonts, embedded files, overprint, finishing artwork, and the correct final files being submitted. Production follows the accepted files received.

Screen colours and printed colours can differ because of monitor settings, materials, machines, ICC profiles, lighting, and colour conversion. A paid A3 test sheet may be arranged only for suitable Booth Essential paper products, subject to confirmation. Test prints are not available for large-format products.

Current file checks and resizers run inside your browser. Artwork files are not intentionally uploaded or stored by this site. When placing an order, you separately choose to upload final files to Google Drive, WeTransfer, Smash, or another link you provide. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Your browser or device may still keep temporary data according to its own settings.

When a website or checker error occurs, anonymous technical error information may be sent automatically to help Moe Print maintain and troubleshoot this service. No action is required from you. Error reports may include the browser type, page visited, selected product, page count, time, and error message. Uploaded artwork, file contents, customer names, and contact details are not included.

The multi-product order builder may keep a temporary draft in the same browser session for up to four hours. The draft is not a submitted order or permanent storage.

多产品订单工具可在同一个浏览器工作阶段保留临时草稿最多四小时。该草稿并非已提交订单，也不是永久储存。

Using the checker or sending an order message does not by itself confirm an order. Production begins only after the quotation is confirmed, an invoice is issued, full payment is received, and the required files are accepted. By submitting final files, you confirm that you reviewed them and accept reasonable production and colour variation. Displayed production times are estimates, not guarantees.

Online submission and automatic WhatsApp updates are still in development. For now, copy the prepared order message and send it through Facebook or Instagram.

MoeSpace shows current final customer prices where available. Items marked “Pending” require a separate quotation, and products marked “On hold” are unavailable until reopened. Prices, materials, promotions, production availability, and delivery options may change. Regional prices include delivery only where the selected price clearly states it; other delivery charges depend on the parcel and destination. Courier delays are outside Moe Print's control.

Designers listed in the Design Service Directory are independent. Their quotations, payment, revisions, delivery, and disputes are between you and the designer. Moe Print is responsible only for printing the final file submitted to us.

Only submit files you are authorised to use. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content. Moe Print Solutions may reject files that cannot be processed safely or lawfully.

Moe Print operates part-time. Messages are checked daily after work, but replies may not be immediate. Complete order details, accessible file links, and a passed File Checker result where available help us review faster.
